The name Japchae translates to 'mixed vegetables' and originally wasn't served with noodles when it was invented in the 17th century. But now this dish is served with beef meat and glass noodles aswell!
In South Korea this is a well sought after dish, especially around Korean festive holidays.
This set includes glass noodles and sauce. You can add more ingredients like beef, onion and capsicum.
